Here we are offering the Delco Remy number 1108983 12 Volt starter from a 403 Minneapolis Moline power unit we are parting out. Would be the same part as used on then series tractors. I tested this and the drive engaged and it spun smooth and fast. Has black paint that didn’t match the engine so that would indicate to me that it has been rebuilt at some time.
