As with all SpecCast Tractors, this one features precision like detailing! This tractor was made in 2023 for the Summer Farm Toy Show! This would make a nice addition to that farm toy collection. We do not determine costs! Many times, it is wrong. Also, for larger packages, the Postal Service has dramatically increased their rates, especially for larger items with parcel post rates.
