So saying that, we are not a Tractor Dealership. We traded for this Moline back a couple months ago on a camper. What I can tell you is this 1948 tractor sounds pretty good when you start it up and drives thru all the gears no problem. Loader also works as it should but does have a pretty good left cylinder leak. Also she has NO BRAKES! From what I have been told the liners will need to be replaced to be operational. Pictures always look nicer than the real deal standing in front of it touching it. We recommend coming to the store and checking it out in person if you are close enough to us. We are not a tractor dealership nor do we pretend to be. So if you have ANY questions please call me and we will do our best to answer them. So let me tell you what I do know about it. Front end loader does work but does have a left side cylinder leak. We just added about a gallon of hydraulic fluid to it and the loader performs as it should. Tractor does start and run but the rpm’s sound a little rough (probably would not hurt for new plugs, wires and points). Rear brakes do not work either. Tires look awesome 30′ away but the closer you get to them you can tell they have had better days. So the good news is that this is an old cool antique Minneapolis Moline! Motor sounds good and drives down the road. And again, we are a auto dealership-not a tractor store. Keep in mind, this tractor is an ANTIQUE and is 68 years old! It ain’t new and I ain’t pretending like it is! Ask for Chad and I will do what I can to answer your questions. We have plenty of room to store this so no rush on picking up.
