Original circa 1940 heavy duty pair of accessory 8 headlamps made by Guide for the early wheel tractors & crawlers dozers. This red pair were on an old Farmall crawler years ago. Both have very good original lens marked as 921635 Guide plus each have Guide Pat at center of dome. Has a couple minor dings on one back cover while other is excellent. Good appearing reflectors and very good front clear lens with only minor scuffing and no cracks or visible chips. Has sturdy mounting brackets still attached. Antique Pr OEM Drum Tractor Headlights Guide c1930 Case Farmall Oliver ++ Rare! Original circa 1930 pair of accessory 8 drum headlamps made by Guide for the early wheel tractors & crawlers which did not come with lights. Guide made many transportion related lighting products, not just for GM. This set was offered by Case in 1930 on the C1 & L1 tractors, see image of old 1930 factory catalog accessory page. Many other makes offered the same lights such as IHC, Co-op, Oliver and many more. Hard to find in decent condition and even in pairs. A great sound set needing some restoration, re-silvering, wiring etc. It has no big rust problems and both lens are intact and very nice. Was originall black and this pair took on Farmall red paint. This is a drum type set having flat 8 lens with mesh type pattern & embossed with Guide Tractor Lens. They are about 4 inches thick and have a thin conduit type lead but one is missing. Has reflector style light with common Mazda bulb and metal ring or bezel that holds it all together. No dents in housings and both mounts and bolts are excellent. The retainer ring screws are both excellent and both rings need a little restoring but are very sound and have no pitting problems.
