This is the Minneapolis Moline G1000 made by Ertl. It does have a set of front weights. I believe it is an older repaint. It has a few small paint scratches and chips, most notably on the back. Not too serious but I want you to know t hey are there. Also, the rubber exhaust has broken off. It will be included with the tractor. Nothing else appears to be broken or repaired.
